Satisfaction Guaranty

At Mother’s Third Arm, we make innovative, high quality products for babies and children. We warrant this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period of one year from the date of initial purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase). If such a defect is discovered during the limited warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace your product at no cost to you.

This limited warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions on installation, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident, and normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover any coupon campaigns marketed through third party vendors or marketing groups.

As long as the user is using Mother's 3rd Arm for its intended purpose and following the method for mounting and adjusting it, then we shall stand by our product. This may require, at staff discretion, for you to return the defective unit and cover shipping and handling for the replacement unit.

Hassle-Free Returns
Returns are easy at Mother’s 3rd Arm, simply return your purchase within 30* days. This policy pertains only to those who can demonstrate receipt for the full retail price and not any specially marketed coupon price.
Return Policy - Online

• Online purchases returned within 30 days to our online Returns Center by mail will receive a refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item except when returning an online item to a store.

• Items must be returned, in new condition, and in its original packaging, and with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and your packing slip, as well as all accessories to ensure full credit.

• This does not include shipping costs. See our Warranty for replacement of damage or defective units.

• mothers3rdarm.com reserve the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.  

Retail Store Returns

The return policy of purchases made in retail stores shall be based on that store's policies. Customers who have purchased Mother’s 3rd Arm from retail stores must return the product to that particular store with proof of purchase and any other requirements the store makes.
